Hole 10 at PGA West (TPC Stadium course) is a par 4, playing 416 yards from the championship tees and 294 yards from the senior women's tees. It’s a slight dogleg left with an approximate fairway width of 35 yards. There are five bunkers on this hole, one of which is located green-side, making up 1% of the total bunker count. As you approach this hole in all four seasons, be mindful that La Quinta can have high temperatures year-round as well as gusty winds; both will affect your ball flight conditions significantly.

For most golfers hitting off the Championship tee box, they should plan to hit their driver 217 yards or less for safety purposes due to water hazards on either side of the fairway about 200+ yards out. If you can safely reach it with your driver then aim for a spot down the right side of the fairway so that it sets up an easier second shot into the green – remember though that there is still water hazard down near where many players would want to layup if going for it in two shots isn't possible given their distance capabilities.
