About National Golf Links of America
Founded in 1908 by Charles B. Macdonald, guided by the expertise of Southampton engineer Seth Raynor, The National Golf Links of America is a timeless golfing sanctuary. Inspired by the best qualities of British Isles courses, this private 18-hole masterpiece in Southampton, New York, has left an indelible mark on golf architecture. Macdonald's vision brought iconic holes from St. Andrews, Prestwick, North Berwick, and Sandwich to life at The National. With enduring features that have inspired golf architects for generations, it stands as a beacon of golfing heritage. A blend of history, challenge, and the essence of the British Isles, The National Golf Links of America remains a celebrated gem on American soil.

Use each hole map and strategy sections together: tee positioning, approach targets, and green reads come from the stored draft guidance and mapped geometry, not assumed personal club distances.
