A long par 3 to a green shifted forward toward a historic left-green position. The lake crossing and triangular bunker make full carry and correct section more important than attacking the flag line.
The mapped Championship route reaches water well into the shot and clears it shortly before the green. Confirm the selected tee's exact span, wind, and pin before choosing the target line.
If the green is missed, the short-grass falloffs on both sides offer different recoveries. Prefer the side that does not require playing back across the dominant contour.
A triangular bunker marks the surface and the restored falloffs can move a marginal shot away from the putting area. Center of the correct section is the reliable target.
