Hole 4 gameplan
A long par 4 built around diagonal bunkering. The safest line and the shortest line are different, so choose the tee target from the intended approach angle rather than simply aiming between all visible sand.
The diagonal bunker set asks for both line and length. Use the selected tee's aerial distances to identify the reachable bunker, then commit to the side that preserves the clearest view uphill.
An approach bunker set into the rise makes the target appear compressed. Carry the visual obstruction to the correct green section instead of reacting to its front edge alone.
Sand and short grass surround a surface derived from East Lake's historic right green. The safest miss changes with the hole location and contour direction.
