Off the tee
Your primary objective is avoiding the right side at all costs - that 160-yard waste bunker is a round-killer. Target the left-center of the fairway, even if it means playing more conservatively than usual. The downhill slope will add significant distance to your drive, so club selection should account for the extra roll. Most players can consider hitting less than driver to ensure they stay in the short grass. The trees on the right create a natural boundary, but don't let them fool you into thinking you can flirt with that side - the waste bunker extends well into the fairway area.
Approach & recovery
From an optimal fairway position on the left side, you'll have the best angle to attack the small green. The downhill lie means the ball will fly lower and run more upon landing, so take at least one club less than the yardage suggests. Focus on the center of the green regardless of pin position - with such a small target, going flag-hunting often leads to trouble.
