Giant's Ridge Golf and Ski Resort (The Quarry Course) Hole by Hole - 8th Hole

Welcome to hole 8 at Giant's Ridge Golf and Ski Resort, also known as "The Quarry Course." This challenging par 4 is the first of three consecutive holes that play alongside a beautiful lake. From the championship tees, this hole measures in at an intimidating 478 yards and has been given a handicap of 1, making it one of the most difficult on the course.

As you stand on the tee box, take note of the slight dogleg left and plan your shot accordingly. With a fairway width of only 59 yards, accuracy off the tee is crucial. For our average golfer who hits their driver around 217 yards, I recommend aiming for the right side of the fairway to give yourself a better angle into the green.

Speaking of which, this green measures in at an impressive 18,609 square feet with no greenside bunkers to worry about.
