PGA TOUR Americas was formed in 2024 through the merger of PGA Tour Canada and PGA Tour Latinoamérica, with the season-ending championship staged as the Fortinet Cup Championship in Canada — TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley in 2024 (won by Will Cannon) and Morgan Creek Golf Course near Vancouver in 2025 (won by Jay Card III at 21-under). For 2026 the finale relocates for the first time to PGA Ocean's 4 in Playa Nueva Romana, Dominican Republic — the first PGA of America-certified golf course in the country — and is titled the PGA Ocean's 4 / Dominican Republic Tour Championship presented by Scotiabank, scheduled October 15-18, 2026. It marks the first time the Dominican Republic hosts the PGA TOUR Americas season finale, where the top 10 on the final points list earn 2027 Korn Ferry Tour cards.
