Hole 14 at the Golf Club of Houston is a par 3, 190 yards from the Championship tees with one greenside bunker. The Pro tees measure 153 yards, Men's 149 yards, Seniors' 112 yards and Women's & Senior Women's 86 Yards. The green area measures 8813 sq ft and has 1% bunkers as a % of total.
This hole plays differently depending on the season due to weather conditions in Humble, Texas. In springtime you can expect temperatures ranging from 50-80 degrees Fahrenheit with some wind gusts that could affect ball flight trajectory and carry distance off the tee box. During summer months temperatures may get up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit which will result in shorter carry distances for your shots due to heat affecting air density around your golf ball while also making it harder for you to judge distances accurately since there is minimal elevation change across this hole (altitude ~90ft). Fall brings cooler temperatures between 65-95 degrees Fahrenheit along with higher humidity levels which may cause more drag on your shots reducing their overall distance traveled through the air but also providing more cushion when landing on the green or fairway areas due to softer ground condition caused by increased moisture content in soil during those months. Winter brings colder temperatures between 30-70 degrees Fahrenheit although snowfall is rare so playability should not be affected too much unless playing during days where winds are particularly strong (gusts > 20 mph) resulting in reduced carry distances for all clubs used compared to other seasons throughout year.
Given these conditions we recommend using an iron off tee box such as 7 Iron (~140 yds) or 8 Iron (~130 yds) if playing from championship tees and 6 Iron (~150 yds), 5 Iron (~160 yds) or 4 Hybrid (~170 yds) if playing from Pro Tees depending on how comfortable you feel about club selection based on local weather conditions described above - taking into account wind speed/direction, temperature etc. For approach shot use pitching wedge (~120yds) regardless of teebox choice since most players have enough control over short irons like PW’s even under high pressure situations such as this one given its relatively short yardage requirement but still having enough challenge posed by its smallish green size combined with presence of single greenside bunker located near right side edge of putting surface requiring accuracy rather than power for successful execution here..

Club Recommendations
Finally, aim to land your ball on center of green and avoid bunker at all costs as it is difficult to get up-and-down from there due its location being close to edge of putting surface. If you find yourself in trouble then layup short of the hazard with a mid/long iron shot or try hitting over the bunker if you are confident enough about your ability to do so - however this should only be done when absolutely necessary since risk/reward ratio here is unfavorable given small size & proximity of sand trap relative to rest of hole layout.
